From Farm to Table: A Cooking and Gardening Camp

Do you love cooking?  Do you have an interest in where your food comes from? Do you want to learn more about the environment and how to grow your own food?

Do you love good food? Are you interested in concepts like farm to table, sustainability, and wellness? Join us as we explore the journey of food from growth in our School and local gardens, to the creation of master chef dishes.

During this program we will get our hands dirty in the Pennington School garden as we help cultivate the produce we will use in the kitchen to create master dishes, with the products we helped grow or harvested.  As part of our journey, we will also visit local businesses that are spearheading the CSA and farm-to-table movement in our area, with guest presentations from local chefs!
