Patrick Murphy is the co-head coach of Pennington's top-ranked Girls’ Soccer team which has produced two Parade All-Americans, three All-Americans, ten Scholar All-Americans, two National Scholar All-American players of the year, three New Jersey Gatorade Players of the Year, ten New Jersey Prep Players of the Year, and countless athletes who have garnered All-State recognition and various other state and county accolades. One of the staggering achievements for the program is the number of Pennington alumnae (sixteen) who have gone on to be captains of their collegiate teams. Coach Murphy holds both a National Diploma and Goalkeeping Level 1 Diploma from the United Soccer Coaches Association, and he has also studied and coached in countries such as the Netherlands, Germany, and England.
